ARTIST DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
• The Berkley Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse an artist application.
• The art I create must be suitable for public, family and children viewing (no nude or lewd work, profanity). No words or symbols intended as political statements may appear within the art.
• The Berkley Street Art Fest (BSAF) Committee reserves the right to refuse, stop or eliminate objectionable material and their opinion will be final.
• I will be courteous, friendly and helpful to fellow artists and members of the public.
• Berkley Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) is allowed to create, use and publish photographs/film/video/electronic representations and/or sound recordings of my design and myself or my minor child at the BSAF and release BACC, its employees, volunteers and related parties from any and all liability from such use and publication.
• BACC and BSAF reserves right to not award prizes in selected categories.
• I release BACC, all sponsors, organizations, and individuals involved in the BSAF from any liability, product or personal.
• I am aware this event will go on rain or shine and no refunds will be given after submitting registration unless organizers cancel event due to government mandates related to COVID-19. If event organizers cancels event, you will receive full refund of entry fee.
• Artists cannot collect money for causes at their art site.
• Artists must comply with all social distancing and other safety measures required by State and local officials at the time of the street fest. The Chamber will communicate to the artist any requirements prior to the festival.
