Berkley Street Art Fest – Saturday, July 13, 2024

Location: Coolidge Hwy. between Catalpa and Beverly. Berkley located in Metro Detroit and runs along Woodward and borders the towns of Royal Oak & Southfield.
It’s easily accessed from highways 696 and I75.

Type of Artist Accepted:

A Shop for Good vendor is a curated collection of handmade product makers and sellers, with a primary focus on "Doing Good" on a local or global scale that takes place during the Berkley Street Art Fest.

Categories include ethically produced handmade global products, handmade products benefiting local at-risk populations, upcycled/recycled products, vegan, or organic handmade products.

The Berkley Street Art Fest Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entries and remove items during the fair not meeting entry guidelines or represented slides/photos.

Artist Perks:

Convenient drive up unloading/loading of displays, roomy tent spaces with storage and free nearby parking.

Artist Entry Requirements: Submit 4 color photos of your art work (3 of your product, 1 of a fully stocked booth) Please note photo uploads should not exceed being 1200 pixels wide. You can visit picresize.com to edit the size of your images if necessary.

Entry fees:

- 10x10 booth - $75 if you are a 501c3 nonprofit. Tax ID will be asked below. Includes $10 non-refundable application fee.

- 10x10 booth - $100 if registered on or before May 31, 2024. Includes $10 non-refundable application fee.

- 10x10 booth - $125 if registered after May 31, 2024. Includes $10 non-refundable application fee.

Exhibitors Are Responsible For:

1. Providing their own display equipment and tent for their 10x10 space with weights. *electricity is not available.

2. Displaying only their artwork as accepted by the jury.

3. Being present at their displays for the entire show 11 AM to 5 PM with no early breakdowns. Unless issue of sickness. Breakdown would have to be done by handcart. No cars allowed in during public hours of festival.

4. Removing set-up vehicles by 10:30 am and cleaning up their booth area immediately after the festival closes to the public.

5. Artists must comply with all social distancing measures required by State and local officials at the time of Berkley Street Art Fest; this possibly could include wearing a face mask and limiting number of people in booth. The Chamber will communicate to the artist any requirements prior to the festival and will provide signage for them to hang in their booth.

If event is cancelled due to state/local mandates, then you will receive refund minus the $10 application fee.
